Donor's World · Blood Donation · Camp Volunteer

You don't have to donate blood to save lives. You can volunteer at a camp — and make it possible for others to donate.

What Camp Volunteers Do

Six roles. Every one of them directly saves lives.

📋
Registration Desk

Greet donors, collect their details, check eligibility, issue tokens. You are the donor's first impression of the camp.

🚦
Queue Management

Manage the flow of donors — ensuring a smooth, dignified, unhurried experience for every person who comes.

🍎
Refreshment Coordinator

Manage pre and post-donation refreshments. Ensure every donor is well-fed before donation and properly recovered after.

📜
Certificate Distribution

Issue donation certificates and appreciation materials. The last impression matters as much as the first.

🏥
Medical Team Support

Assist the medical team with non-clinical tasks — materials, supplies, logistics, privacy management.

📸
Awareness & Documentation

Photograph the camp, manage social media updates, speak with donors about their experience, collect stories and testimonials.
