The Pledge Journey — Step by Step

Fill the Pledge Form

Tell us your full name and contact details, which organs you wish to donate — you can choose all or specific ones — your emergency contact, the person who will be informed of your pledge, and your consent and declaration.

We Forward Your Pledge to the authorized organisations

Your pledge form is forwarded to the authorized Government Hospitals like ORBO, AIIMS, New Delhi (collaboration is on the way) or to other appropriate government bodies like NOTTO (National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation) for entry into National Registry.

Government Processing

Your pledge is processed and finds entry into the national organ donor registry. This is the official record that hospitals and transplant teams reference. Timeline: typically 3-7 working days.

Note: The government processing timeline is not within our control. We will share your official registration confirmation after we receive it.

Your Pledge Certificate

You get instant acknowledgement with your KSF Pledge Registration Number and that would be visible in your dashboard. You can download your pledge details in the form of PDF from your dashboard anytime.

Once we get the information that your pledge has been entered into National Registry, we will inform you about the specific details.

Your Appreciation Letter

A personal note from our Founder, acknowledging your decision and expressing the Foundation's gratitude. Both are sent to your email as downloadable PDFs. You can print them, frame them, share them, or carry them with you.

Tell Your Family Most Important Step

Your pledge is registered. Your appreciation certificate is in hand. Now — the most important conversation of all. If you have not yet told your family, this is the most appropriate time to tell your family what you have decided. Show them your certificate. Explain why you made this choice.

You may choose to donate all organs and tissues, or select specific ones. There is no pressure to donate everything — any pledge is a profound act of generosity.
