Your organ pledge details are shared with Government agencies and hospitals for official registration — as you authorise when submitting your pledge.
4.2 — With matched donors or recipients — for Connect & Help
When you express interest in helping someone, or when a donor expresses interest in helping you — we share contact details between the two parties with the explicit consent of both. We share only what is necessary for the connection.
4.3 — With hospital partners — for blood donation camps
Basic donor information — name, blood group, and approximate location — may be shared with our hospital camp partners for camp coordination. Never for any commercial purpose.
4.4 — With legal authorities — when required by law
If required by a court order or government authority — we will comply with applicable Indian law.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. To anyone. For any reason.
